Description

This workshop will cover the essentials of compost making, Many forms of composting will be discussed – e.g. pallet composters, hotlines, wormeries, bokashi and Johnson-Su Bioreactors. Participants will learn how to turn their household organic waste and garden waste into food for their soil, to nourish the microorganisms and worms, which will in turn lead to healthy plants.

There will be lots of time for questions, and even a cup of tea and some cake to facilitate the chat.

This hands-on workshop takes place on Tuesday 21st May, 7-9pm.  This course made possible thanks to funding from  Creative Westmeath.
