Adding herbs and edible flowers to your food and drinks has nutritional benefits and makes for a very tasty and beautiful dining experience. Participants will learn about some herbs and edible flowers that are easy to grow. Anna will serve a multi course tasting menu, featuring her favourite seasonal flowers and herbs.  Participants will go home with recipes and ideas about how to grow and use lots of herbs and flowers.

It’s such a simple way to elevate your home dining experiences – using edible flowers to decorate a wide range of sweet and savoury dishes. And getting creative with herbs is a no-brainer – they are so easy to grow and fresh herbs taste amazing.

No experience necessary – all materials will be provided, and there will be lots of tasting. This course made possible thanks to funding from Creative Westmeath.

Course takes place in the Refill Mill, Mullingar N91 FH51 on June  26th  from 6-8pm.
