If you grow fruit but you don’t know what to do with the abundance, or you are partial to an interesting chutney with your after dinner cheese board, this workshop is for you.

On the night, we will demonstrate the process of making jam, with special attention to testing the setting point. We will also make a chutney, and explain the principles, and why it works as a preservative. All participants will go home with a jar or two of what we will make in the night.

Course will take place in Cuige Studio, Mullingar,  September 24th, 6-9pm. This course made possible thanks to funding from  Creative Westmeath.
